Burberry Q1 revenue up 26%
Fashion group Burberry Plc said on Tuesday that its total revenue increased 26 per cent to £211 million in its first quarter. The company said that in the three months to 30 June retail sales rose 19 per cent to £115 million.

C&C revenue down in spring
C&C Group Plc, the Irish based makers of Magners cider, said on Friday that its revenue fell eight per cent in the four months ended 30 June, compared with the same period in the previous year.

ABF Q3 revenue up 24%
Associated British Foods said on Thursday that its group revenue increased 19 per cent in the 40 weeks to 21 June. In the third quarter stretch for the 16 weeks to 21 June total sales were up 24 per cent.

Cadbury makes strong start to year following demerger
Cadbury said on Thursday that it was making a strong start to the year following its demerger with American Beverages and said it expected revenues for the first half to be at the top end of its goal range with margins around 150 basis points ahead.

Southern Cross revenue drops
Southern Cross Healthcare Group Plc said on Monday that its total revenue for the half year to 30 March 2008 went up 28.2 per cent to £431.2 million. The company said that revenue relating to acquisitions had also risen from £9.0 million in the first half of 2007 to £20.1 million in the first half of 2008.

easyJet revenue up 24%
Budget airline easyJet said on Wednesday that its total revenue for the six months ended 31 March was up 24 per cent to £892.2 million. The airline added that its underlying pre-tax margin was in line with expectations.

BBA Aviation Q1 revenue up 12%
BBA Aviation, the aviation services and systems support group, has said that its first quarter total revenue had risen 12 per cent on last year. The company said rising fuel prices accounted for 7.0 per cent of the increase.

BSkyB said on Wednesday that both its customer growth and revenue growth were up 10 per cent for the nine months ended 31 March 2008. The paid-TV broadcasting company said that it was on track for the full year.
