EA plans tender offer for Take-Two: source
Electronic Arts Inc plans to launch a tender offer for all outstanding shares of rival Take-Two Interactive Software Inc, publisher of "Grand Theft Auto" video games, a person familiar with the matter said, indicating EA's $1.9 billion bid is turning hostile.

Electronic Arts bids for Take-Two
U.S. video game giant Electronic Arts on Sunday said it had made an unsolicited $1.9 billion (966 million pound) offer for "Grand Theft Auto" publisher Take-Two Interactive Software, escalating its battle with Activision for the title of biggest video game maker.
