Davis Service said on Wednesday that it expected first half profits to match expectations whilst its second half will see stronger growth.
The laundry and clothing services firm said, "The growth trends seen in the first quarter have continued ... Overall the group has continued its good start to 2008," reports Reuters.
The company said that its revenue for the first half would be around 20 per cent higher than the same period last year, whilst operating profit is set to increase by a high single digit.
Davis Service said, "During the period we have benefited from stronger exchange rates when translating the revenue and operating profits of Continental Europe, from where the majority of our profits come," reports Reuters.
