Inflation expectations steady in survey

Britons' inflation expectations held steady at 2.5 percent in May for the third month running, a survey showed on Wednesday.
The YouGov/Citigroup survey also showed a slight decline for longer term expectations of price pressures and is likely to be welcome news for Bank of England policymakers who are worried how the public is viewing current above target inflation.
