RAC Audi Call Centre a Centre of Excellence
The Customer Contact Association (CCA) has recognised RAC’s Audi contact centre as a centre of excellence.
The contact centre is responsible for Audi customer services, support for technicians within Audi dealerships and roadside assistance under the Audi manufacturer scheme.
Following a two day assessment the contact centre was awarded the CCA accreditation.
The contact centre was judged on criteria including customer focus, operational effectiveness, staff recruitment and retention, training and development and compliance with regulations and legislation.
The Audi centre manager at RAC, Alistair McMillan, said in a statement, “With contact centres often getting bad press, achieving this accreditation shows that it’s still possible to attain the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction for customers and colleagues.
The RAC Audi contact centre employs 140 people and is one of the largest dedicated centres in the company.
